In 2008, the Glenns formally created nonprofit organizations to focus their efforts on positive and transformational change and to share and leverage their personal, financial, and social capital among those in their circle of influence. As a result, in 2010, Unconditional Love for Children, Inc. (ULC) and the Earl and Carolyn Glenn Foundation (ECGF) were formed to advance and enrich the lives of youth who desire to excel and achieve happy, healthy, and prosperous lives.

ULC has a positive track record of providing resources to underserved children, schools, and organizations that produce significant results in standardized test scores, increased enrollment, parent involvement, STEAM learning, chess, coding, music, art, and self-esteem.
