Dr. Earl Glenn, Co-founder

Earl Glenn, a retired dentist, has a deep-rooted educational philosophy anchored in the
teachings, examples, and nurturing of a strong and loving family and a supportive and faithful
community “village.”

Mrs. Carolyn Glenn, Co-founder 

Carolyn Glenn is a newspaper publisher, and former high school teacher and administrator. Inspired to succeed by her visionary family, she models her work ethic after her grandfather’s example.  He was a visionary farmer, builder, and businessman who used his resources to build and maintain a public school in his rural, segregated community void of educational services.  

Delphyne Lomax Taylor, Board Chair

Ms. Taylor has been in the market research industry for over forty years and for the past thirty-three years has served as one of the Principal / Co-Owners of V & L Research and Consulting, Inc., a full-service Marketing Research company.  You can read about her Story in her book Woman2Woman found on Amazon and www.woman2woman.network.

Catherine Holmes Turk, Secretary

Dr. Catherine Holmes Turk has been an advocate for quality education and equitable learning her entire adult life. Serving in positions from pre-school to graduate school education. Currently retired, Catherine continues to stay committed and involved through community volunteering.

 

Sage Adams

Sage Adams, a technology and media professional based in Atlanta, Georgia, brings extensive experience and a deep commitment to community service. A proud graduate of Georgia State University, Sage has a strong background in youth development and a passion for empowering communities through innovative solutions and dedicated outreach.

Kristen Files, Attorney

Kristen Files is a partner and co-founder of Files Hayle, specializing in family law with a focus on high-asset, high-conflict cases. A certified mediator and trained guardian ad litem; Kristen is committed to minimizing conflict and preserving family relationships beyond the courtroom.

Bishop Dannetta Lamb, PhD.

Pastor Dannetta Lamb, PhD. is the founder of The Harvest Tabernacle International Ministries.  Dr. Lamb represents The Harvest Tabernacle International Ministries through her extensive travels as a foreign missionary, helping to assess, extend, and establish programs for children and families in the areas of health, education and economic development.

Mekyah McQueen

Mekyah McQueen, Ed.S., is an accomplished educator and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in mathematics education and curriculum leadership, including expertise in data-driven instruction and programmatic improvement both domestically and internationally.  A State Senator and passionate advocate for equity in learning, she brings a global perspective and unwavering passion to her role on the Board of Directors for Unconditional Love for Children

Anna Ogletree

For more than twenty years, Anna worked in finance and accounting for corporations in Atlanta and Houston.  She majored in Accounting at the Atlanta Area Technical Community College. Anna serves on the ULC Board Finance Committee. In addition to her diverse work in Church, she is the Treasurer for Smoke Rise Civic Association and Ivey Oaks Homeowners.

Marcus Turk

Mr. Marc Turk has extensive hands-on experience in business management, executive leadership, budget development, forecasting, treasury management, accounting, and financial operations.

Marc is a graduate of Morehouse College where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Banking and Finance.  He also earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Georgia State University.

Betty Palmer, Program Director

Educator, Life Coach, Nonprofit Consultant, and Author, Dr. Betty Palmer is a retired College administrator and professor from Beulah Heights University. Since 2010, she has served with dedication in varied roles and now as the Program Director for Unconditional Love for Children.   Her family and faith keeps her anchored.
